Our specialized memory care program focuses on each of our residents as individuals, respecting their personal histories, preferences and routines for the best possible quality of life. Our 46-bed unit features furnished spacious private and semi-private rooms, with plenty of room for familiar furniture from home.
Overlooking Franconia Golf Course, Longmeadow House has a beautiful enclosed courtyard for enjoying nature and two dining/activities rooms – our main dining room, the Sunshine Room, and the Gathering Place, for residents needing supervision and assistance with dining.

Our memory care program Activities Director is supported by full-time activities staff and focuses on providing enhanced activities to accommodate resident interests and personal schedules. Hands-on activities from early morning into the evening provide opportunities for engagement and connection, with familiar activities such as gardening, cooking, brain teasers, and even karaoke.
