Our short-term and long-term skilled nursing care features additional specialty care services including:
Certified Alzheimer’s/dementia care unit
Our certified memory care program is a secure memory care neighborhood offering specialized, supportive care for those living with memory loss and is a certified Alzheimer’s and dementia care unit as designated by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
Stroke Recovery Services
Our specialized stroke recovery services help patients rehab, recover, and regain the best of their ability following a stroke.
Wound care
We are very proud of our wound care outcomes. Part of our success results from having a certified wound nurse on staff and a wound care physician who rounds weekly. Our staff nurse specializes in wound care and assists in assessing, treating and managing surgical wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and related wound and skin conditions.
Restorative care
Restorative nursing care is that “little extra help” for those who don’t necessarily need rehab, but still need additional assistance to continue improving or to maintain their current level of independence. From exercises to increase or maintain strength and mobility to assistance with dining, patients receive the encouragement, cues, and support they need.
