Renovations are underway. The new Medical Office Building is under construction on the Longmeadow portion of the site, and land has been cleared in anticipation of groundbreaking this spring for the new East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Center.

With top national scores, Linda Manor Extended Care Facility and East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing, both Berkshire Healthcare communities, are among the few long-term care providers in Massachusetts recognized this year by the National Research Corporation for exceptional satisfaction scores. Sixty percent – 15 out of 25 – of the Massachusetts awards were claimed by Berkshire Healthcare communities.

With top national scores, Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility, Linda Manor Extended Care and Linda Manor Assisted Living, and East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing, all Berkshire Healthcare communities, are among the few long-term care providers in Massachusetts recognized this year by National Research Corporation for exceptional satisfaction scores. About seventy-five percent – 19 out of 25 – of the Massachusetts awards were claimed by Berkshire Healthcare communities.

With top national scores, Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility in Greenfield, Linda Manor Extended Care Facility in Northampton and East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing, all Berkshire Healthcare communities, are three of the few long-term care providers in Massachusetts recognized this year by National Research Corporation for exceptional satisfaction scores. Charlene Manor received the reward for customer satisfaction; Linda Manor and East Longmeadow received the award for both customer and employee satisfaction.

Berkshire Healthcare facilities awarded electronic health record funds
Berkshire Healthcare Systems, which provides long-term nursing and post-acute care in the Pioneer Valley and across Massachusetts, has been awarded $82,500 to improve patient care and safety through enhanced technology. The Massachusetts e-Health Institute (MeHI) awarded the funds through the eQuality Incentive Program (eQIP). Pioneer Valley affiliates that will benefit include Charlene Manor Extended Care Facility in Greenfield, Linda Manor Extended Care Facility in Northampton, and East Longmeadow Skilled Nursing Center.
